Conductive Thread Embroidery with Textile Artist Hayley Mills-Styles

Join Yorkshire based textile artist Hayley Mills-Styles in this illuminating hand embroidery workshop. Hayley will guide you through the basics of hand embroidery to create your design which you will light up with a LED using e-textiles. Learn how to use conductive thread to create a hand stitched circuit which powers your LED.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and people with embroidery experience who would like to try something new. All materials and equipment including an embroidery hoop are included in the ticket price

Healthy & Safety: during the workshop everyone will have their own materials and tools. Sanitiser and disinfectant will be available. If you feel unwell, please let us know and stay home. The space has level access. However, the toilet is upstairs.

Course Conditions: the workshop needs minimum numbers to run. In the unlikely event it doesn't meet this, the workshop will be cancelled and you will receieve a refund. Please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before the workshop starts, unless previously discussed.

Refund Policy: your booking is secured by payment. If you choose to cancel, we will offer a refund up to 7 days before the event with a £5 admin fee per ticket. However, after that no refund can be given.
