We are so excited to see the launch of the WOVEN 2025 programme!
It's definitely worth taking some time to look through the WOVEN programme online. There are over 100 events taking place throughout June that celebrate the heritage and innovation of textiles across Kirklees.
At our Thread Republic hub in Huddersfield we are hosting 22 workshops and events in June to celebrate WOVEN - all of them can be found and booked here
Highlights include:
11 creative textile workshops with a variety of excellent textile tutors
A fabulous family friendly PRIDE event with our Creative Piazza neighbours (7 June)
4 Stitch Social events (various)
Clothes Swap (14 June)
Upcycle Challenge Fashion Show - returning for 2025 upcycling all things denim (26 June)
Our first exhibition in the West Yorkshire Print Workshop Gallery: TEXTILE CITIZENS (from 26 June)
